Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a particular processing period dependent on the particular product.

Returns

Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that your order is out of stock after the order is placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

You can only return an item when it's unopened and still in the same state as when you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
